Below are the updates we have made to our services to take every precaution possible in order to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19.
Virtual When Possible
There are many aspects of the real estate transaction that can be done digitally or virtually. We have ensured that we can utilize virtual communication as much as possible throughout the entire process. You can trust that we are keeping all in-person communication to an absolute minimum. Our staff can help you through the processes if you need any help at all with the virtual aspects of the transaction. This can be done through virtual meetings and screen sharing programs to make it as easy as possible for you!
Precautions Taken When In-Person Meetings Are Required
Some parts of the transactions need to be completed in person. These require witnesses and notaries to be a part of the signing process in the same room. However, we have dedicated a separate meeting room that is large enough to accommodate the 6 feet social distancing guidelines. In addition, the room is on a separate floor from other work areas and is fully sanitized directly after every meeting. The amount of time spent in the meeting room will be kept to an absolute minimum. Masks and gloves will be worn throughout the process as well.
