This peaceful town is certainly one of the shore’s best-kept secrets, and it’s a fantastic place to live. Residential areas are clean, well-kept, and full of charming homes with loads of character. Families with children will be happy to know that the Avon School District is highly rated and serves students in kindergarten through 8th grade at Avon Elementary School. Kids in 9th-12th grades typically attend Manasquan High School. The district offers plenty of academic support and a wide array of extracurricular activities for all its students.
