After reaching out to multiple real estate attorneys and getting no responses from them, I found Riley & Gutman, Esq.From day-1 of my interaction with Mr. Gutman, I felt very confident that I found the right attorney who would guide me and assist with this whole process of purchasing the property. He and his team (Jennie) are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate sale/purchase, they explained to me in detail the whole process and were very prompt in responding to each and every question of mine via phone calls and emails. They made sure all my concerns were addressed and the sales contract included all the right clauses to protect me as a buyer. They ask me to do all the due diligence on the property such as - survey, oil-tank scan, title search, getting OPRA from township etc.Mr. Gutman's fees are very reasonable as compared to other attorneys.
